Those are just two of the potentially fatal problems Diana Nyad must contend with swimming from Cuba to Florida — nonstop and unaided — with only a support boat by her side to monitor her progress and squirt water and other nourishment down her throat every so often. Adapted from her memoir, the Netflix movie “Nyad,” starring Annette Bening, charts her arduous journey.Your first question might be: Why? KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A jury convicted Corena Kelley, 29, of Kingston, on drug and gun charges following a three-day trial. The charges stem from a search warrant executed in Kingston on December 16, 2021. State police recovered two loaded pistols, ten grams of fentanyl, and thousands of U.S. dollars. One pistol did not have a serial number. Other evidence seized include digital scales and narcotics packaging materials. Police say Kelley's nine-month-old child was present in the apartment during the search. Kelley was subsequently charged with two counts of criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child. ESPN will officially enter the world of sports betting with the debut of ESPN Bet, Walt Disney Co., ESPN’s parent company, announced Thursday.Penn Entertainment is transforming its Barstool Sportsbook into ESPN Bet. The two companies inked a $2 billion deal in August, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
